Christmas Presents

So this year both of our families decided to do Christmas Presents a little differently. Instead of having to buy a present for everyone (seriously between both sides of the family & some friends we were at 25 gifts before even getting anything for each other). So we virtually pulled names out of a hat (cause we are cool like that). This has dramatically cut down my shopping this year and has increasingly made my life easier. I am really loving the idea. Sidenote: all family members under the age of 18 are exempt as everyone HAS to buy them presents; seriously they are kids and this is what the holiday is really all about.

Okay so since I don't have to buy everyone in our families presents I thought I would share with you all the presents that I felt are totally worth getting other people. It’s not necessarily a gift guide for any specific demographic and not really for Brett and I either, it’s just a bunch of cool gifts that I think people should know about and heck maybe you will find something for someone on your list.

Let’s start out with the holiday themed gifts:

Who doesn’t need an ornament? This cool cow ornament would look great on any tree and I just love the misshapen proportions.

What Christmas is complete without Vince Guaraldi’s Charlie Brown Christmas? Now you can get an LP and feel like a total hipster.

Okay how about this 12 Days of Christmas Drinking game? I can’t think of anything better than games and alcohol at Christmas.

How about some gifts that warm you during these cold winter months?

The Creature Comfort Dog Hat would be perfect for keeping your ears warm in case you ever have to go outside when it’s cold (I personally try to avoid it at all costs)

These mugs would be perfect for when guests come over for some peppermint schnapps and hot chocolate.

Or if they prefer something cooler make sure you have these hiphopsicles in the freezer to make your gin and juice have more street cred.

Now if hot chocolate or gin and juice is not their favorite and they would prefer beer I suggest either this beer holster so that their hands can be free to do other necessary things.

Or if you need it to hold more than one beer, then the beer belt is for you or that special someone on your list.

What about your significant other or those important couples in your life?

Now if you are looking for something romantic I would suggest curling up with these monogrammed mugs (for the record Brett and my initials spell out BS- hehe)

And maybe fill out this book to help create the story of your love.

Lastly I could totally use these clips at work, it would really help my organization and priority in projects or something like that, I mean they are really just comic relief.

So those are the gifts that I think would be pretty cool to give or to get. Happy Shopping.
